Welcome to The Palace Dahab. By making a booking, staying at the property, using our website, or contacting us for reservation services, you agree to the following terms and house rules.
1. Property Information
The Palace Dahab is a managed chalet-style guest accommodation located in Dahab, South Sinai, Egypt. The property offers private chalet-style stays, including one-bedroom and two-bedroom options, subject to availability.
The Palace Dahab is not responsible for incorrect information entered by guests during booking or inquiry forms. Guests are responsible for providing accurate names, phone numbers, dates, number of guests, and booking details.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after The Palace Dahab confirms availability and confirms the reservation through our official communication channels.
Submitting a booking request through the website, WhatsApp, social media, or any online form does not guarantee confirmation until our team confirms the booking.
For bookings made through third-party platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, or any other online travel agency, the confirmation and booking conditions of that platform may also apply.
3. Guest Information
Guests may be required to provide valid identification at check-in. The Palace Dahab reserves the right to refuse check-in if the guest fails to provide required identification or if the booking details do not match the arriving guests.
Guests must provide a valid phone number or WhatsApp number so the property can communicate check-in instructions, payment details, and stay information.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in and check-out times will be confirmed during the booking process.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may require additional charges.
Guests must respect the agreed check-out time so the property team can prepare the room for the next guest.
5. Number of Guests
The number of guests must match the confirmed booking. Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval from The Palace Dahab.
If extra guests arrive without approval, the property may charge an additional fee or refuse the extra guests.
6. Property Use
Guests must use the accommodation respectfully and responsibly. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furniture, appliances, keys, linens, towels, or property facilities during their stay.
The Palace Dahab may request compensation for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after check-out.
7. Noise and Respect for Others
Guests must respect other guests, neighbors, and staff. Loud music, disturbing noise, or behavior that affects other guests may result in warnings or cancellation of the stay without refund.
Quiet hours may apply depending on property rules and local requirements.
8. Smoking Policy
Smoking rules will be explained by the property team. If smoking is not allowed inside the room, guests must only smoke in permitted outdoor areas.
Any damage, smell, burns, or extra cleaning caused by smoking inside restricted areas may result in additional charges.
9. Pets
Pets are only allowed if approved in advance by The Palace Dahab. Guests must mention pets before confirming the booking.
If pets are accepted, guests are responsible for any damage, cleaning, disturbance, or safety issues caused by the pet.
10. Cleaning and Housekeeping
The Palace Dahab provides the room in a clean condition at check-in. Additional cleaning, linen change, or towel replacement may be available upon request and may depend on the length of stay or property policy.
Guests should keep the room in reasonable condition during their stay.
11. Maintenance
If a maintenance issue appears during the stay, guests should notify the property team as soon as possible.
The Palace Dahab will make reasonable efforts to fix maintenance issues quickly. In urgent cases, staff may need access to the room after notifying the guest.
12. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, cash, documents, phones, and electronics.
The Palace Dahab is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence from the property.
13. Photos and Marketing
Photos on the website and social media are used to show the general style and atmosphere of the property. Room layout, furniture, view, or decoration may vary slightly depending on the assigned unit.
14. Force Majeure
The Palace Dahab is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events outside our control, including weather conditions, government decisions, natural events, power interruptions, internet outages, road closures, or emergency circumstances.
15. Right to Refuse Service
The Palace Dahab reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if the guest provides false information, violates house rules, causes disturbance, refuses to follow safety instructions, or behaves in a way that may harm the property, staff, guests, or neighbors.
